So torn... At the moment I can do any run that isn't in the southern shiverpeaks (I hate ice imps) and on my way to my fissure armour thanks to my duomonk.

I can't change guilds, I have too many friends in my current one, and there is now no guarantee of employment with LBS. As I'm having trouble obtaining clients for my runner as it is.. is joining the achademy a good idea money wise?

We incourage people to join the academy for learning the build, knowledge and enter an famous and respectful honest guild. In money wise, it depends.. but that should not be the number one reason to join the academy.

u also dont have to join the guild, but being in it provides a lot more customers...like if someone in the guild has somone in need of a run they cant to atm, you can just fill in and get customers without even advertising.

i think its a good investment

For the record:
Contrary to popular belief, it is still quite possible to solo run to Droknar's Forge. Yes there were some changes made in this most recent update, but they did not make this run impossible. We will keep you updated on any changes to price or run packages.

Ripoff. 15 ecto to JOIN, and such HIGH fees for running??? man, how do you get customers? I charge 2k to run from LA to Sanctum and THATS hard to get people in!

Utter ripoff imho.

I wont call it a ripoff...

I will say; however, that i have recieved many runs to droknars from beacons perch and none of them were above 2K. I dont know exactly what you mean by "best service available" but all that matters is getting there right? I can join for the run, go out for a smoke and come back to find myself in Droks

I never pay up front, no matter who is running it. half at snakes and half at rankor so getting ripped off is nearly impossible.

About the 15 ecto...

I really dont think that is high considering the secrets you are getting let in on

Just from reading this thread i can already tell that there is some juicy information in that guide

I'd pay the 15 ecto just to have the guides PM'd to me.

Sure, they may be the best service out there, but I certainly regard myself as a damn good service, as many of my customers would agree.

Sure, there are a couple of runs I cannot do (Droknars for example) and (usually) the only times I die are when i am lagged, and trapped.

But I'm still curious on what they can offer for our 15 Ectos...
